AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Comcast

AT&T, Verizon T-Mobile, Sprint (and a long list of other) internet service providers' pledge to the FCC - have pledged not to terminate the service of any wireless, home phone or broadband residential or small business customer because of their inability to pay their bill due to disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic, waive late fees, through May 13th.

AT&T will also keep its public Wi-Fi hotspots running through May 13th. Businesses, universities and schools can keep their teams and classrooms connected through conference calls and video conferencing with Cisco Webex Meetings with AT&T for 90-days, and seamlessly forward calls to both mobile and landline phones with AT&T IP Flexible Reach.

Comcast is offering 60 days of complimentary Internet Essentials service for new low income customers and increasing Internet speeds for the Internet Essentials service from 15/2 Mbps to 25/3 Mbps for all new and existing customers, which will be the speed of the service going forward.

Sprint is providing Unlimited data for 60 days to customers with metered data plans and giving 20 GB/mo. of free mobile hotspot to customers with hotspot-capable devices (through June 30, 2020) and waiving per-minute toll charges for international long-distance calls from the U.S. to CDC- defined Level 3 countries (through May 31, 2020).

All T-Mobile customers as of March 13, 2020 who have plans with data will have unlimited smartphone data through June 30, 2020 (excluding roaming).

T-Mobile customers on plans with smartphone mobile hotspot can add 20GB of smartphone mobile hotspot (10GB per bill cycle, through June 30, 2020) . (T-Mobile Connect excluded).

T-Mobile is expanding network capacity through agreements with multiple spectrum holders to temporarily light up additional 600 MHz spectrum, while expanding roaming access for Sprint customers to use the T-Mobile network.
